1. Acceptance
By visiting tsionmehari.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About this site
The Site is operated by the artist Tsion Mehari, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It showcases artworks, biographical information and contact details for studio enquiries. It does not currently sell goods online.
3. Intellectual property
All images, paintings, drawings, sketches, text, layout and graphic elements on the Site are © Tsion Mehari, all rights reserved. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, printing, resale, modification, or use in training datasets is not permitted without prior written consent.
4. Purchases and enquiries
Works listed on the Site are not offers to sell. All sales, commissions and loans are by separate written agreement between the artist (or her representatives) and the buyer.
5. User submissions
Information you submit (contact forms, newsletter signups) must be truthful and your own. You must not use the Site to send unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep information accurate, we make no warranties about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by Ethiopian law, the artist is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
7. Third-party services
The Site uses hosting and database services provided by Lovable Cloud and its underlying providers, and may embed links to third-party platforms (e.g. social media). Those services have their own terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, including but not limited to the Civil Code of 1960, the Trade Practices and Consumers' Protection Proclamation No. 685/2010, and the Computer Crime Proclamation No. 958/2016. The competent courts of Addis Ababa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
